Anne M. McFadden CPA, CFE, CFF, CGMA
Anne McFadden is the President and Chief Consultant/Fraud Investigator of Capitol Financial Forensics & Accounting LLC.
Her experience includes directing and performing high-profile, mission-critical projects, and sensitive investigations related to financial reporting fraud, misappropriation of assets, and corruption, where cases involved C- Suite executives and potential exposures were in the millions of dollars. With over 7 years of experience in “Big Four” accounting firms, she has led forensic accounting of complex financial investigations, dispute matters and worked with the audit teams of SEC registrants as the fraud subject-matter expert.
Anne has successfully designed and implemented organization-wide fraud risk management and compliance programs for public sector and nonprofit organizations to prevent, detect, and deter fraud. She has been appointed to the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Hearing Panel. Anne has qualified as an expert witness in forensic accounting in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Maryland.
Robert Martak CPA
Bob is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and a Certified Public Accountant with 20+ years of accounting and auditing experience in both the public and non-public accounting fields.
He has a rich understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing standards in the United States. He is experienced in equity and debt transactions, financial statement preparation, and COSO 2013 requirements. Bob has exceptional expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate financial data for intricate analysis. He is also an adept user of Quickbooks, Peachtree, SAGE 100 and ProSystem Engagement.
