Anne M. McFadden CPA, CFE, CFF, CGMA

Anne McFadden brings over 25 years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and litigation support. As President of Capitol Financial Forensics & Accounting LLC, she has led high-profile investigations involving financial reporting fraud, asset misappropriation, and executive-level misconduct—with cases involving multi-million-dollar exposures and complex regulatory implications.

Her background includes more than seven years at “Big Four” accounting firms, where she served as a forensic specialist on SEC registrant audits and complex dispute matters. Anne has developed and implemented enterprise-level fraud risk management and compliance programs for public sector and nonprofit clients, helping organizations proactively address fraud risk and strengthen internal controls.

She has served on the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Hearing Panel and has qualified as an expert witness in forensic accounting in multiple Maryland courts, including:

  • U.S. Bankruptcy Court (District of Maryland)

  • Circuit Court of Baltimore County

  • Circuit Court for Worcester County
